First thing you want to do is set up a
Photobucket account go to
www.photobucket.com
Once your account is created, log in - then
upload the images/tags/backgrounds
you want to use for your tourney. follow the
numbered arrows in pictures
(This process is easier if you open another
window and open your tour page so you can click back and forth)
Once your images are uploaded you will see this under each
image.
Right now the only one you will use for tourneys is "
Direct Link".

When you click on it, it should auto copy for you and
looks like this.
The little copied window should pop up
automatically. (doesn't work with AOL I'm told)

Now that your image is copied, Click over to your
Administer Tournament Page
then click on the
"CUSTOMIZE TOURNAMENT LAYOUT"
link

Place your curser on
"Top Image Link" line and
paste the code from Photobucket.
(To paste - hold down ctrl button and type the letter V
once-then let go)
NOTE: (If you have an image in this spot already you will
have to delete all of it
before pasting)

Copy your background code from Photobucket and
place curser in "background image"
to paste background image code of you are using
one.
For my tour set up for this tutorial you may have noticed
there is no background image,
I have Black (000000) set as the background color
For "Font Type" I normally use
Georgia Bold-it's Clean and
not to huge.
Wooo Hooo - You are almost done!
My tag is lime green with a black background so I will be
using lime green for my text colors.
Not sure what color you would like? This next step will
help you decide.
Click on the "HTML Color
Chart" link (see Example below)

The next thing that pops up is Hype's Color chart.
(see Example below)
Pick a color that matches your top image and copy the
color code for it.
Do NOT copy the #
sign or it will not work

Once you have copied your color code go back to your
tournament and start pasting in
your 7 small colors boxes (see Example below)
(if a separate page didn't open then use your Browser Back
Arrow)

Here are some helpful tips for this section:
1. Your "Header background
color and your
Background Color CAN match"
2. The rest of the boxes need to be the color code you
chose so folks may see them.
3. I rarely use Header Background Color.
4. You can NOT match
"Header Background Color" and
"Header Text Color"
5. Play with these settings and have fun with it, then
Click Submit you can
always go back and change it!
I created a cheat below so you know which is
which, that is half the battle...lol

That's it! Your Done!!
